IJOMAI applies a double-blind peer review process. Reviewer and author identities are concealed at all stages. Manuscripts are assigned to reviewers based on subject expertise.

Reviewers assess submissions and submit recommendations within the specified review period. Editorial decisions are made based on reviewer evaluations and editorial judgment.
