Reviewer Guidelines

The International Journal of Management, Analysis and Insights (IJOMAI) invites qualified scholars and experts to serve as reviewers. Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, and confidentially. Reviews should focus on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Reviewers should provide clear feedback that supports authors in improving their work. Personal criticism is not permitted.
